Amandeep AACI, P.App is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) since 2007 and a member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board since 2006.
Amandeep is co-owner and fee appraiser of Express Appraisals and Real Estate Services Ltd. in the City of Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding areas. He has vast experience in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Investment properties, Rural and developed land real estate appraisals. As a fee appraiser, He has completed reports for mortgage financing, feasibility analysis, litigation support, sales/purchase, and insurance purposes. He has mentored and trained candidates and also has been an expert witness. He is also a licensed real estate associate since 2006 and has done numerous commercial and residential transactions.
Prabhdeep is a CRA member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) since 2007 currently pursuing his AACI Designation.

Ritika is the office manager of Express Appraisals, her role include office management, bookkeeping and ensuring information and orders are managed efficiently. She has background in Customer relations and human resources and has great customer service experience.
